Warranty Cosmostrom

Η εταιρεία COSMOSTROM ΟE προσφέρει εγγύηση για όλα τα στρώματα της σύμφωνα με τον ακόλουθο πίνακα.

What covers the Warranty Cosmostrom :

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects or material failure in all parts of our mattresses, including springs, foam materials, and quilting.

Warranty coverage duration:

From the 1st to the 5th year, our warranty covers 100% of the repair cost of the mattress. From the 6th to the 10th year, our contribution to the repair cost gradually decreases to 10% (see percentage table). In any case, the company reserves the right to repair the product by replacing materials of the same type, quality, and dimensions, or to replace the product if deemed necessary. If products are repaired or replaced under warranty terms, the warranty does not extend further.

Please note that the warranty DOES NOT cover:

• Improper use of the product contrary to the proper use instructions.
• Any defect caused by the customer or for which the customer is responsible.
• Stained or torn mattress surfaces.
• Deformation along the length or width of the mattress due to folding, improper transport, or incorrect placement on the bed.
• Deformation caused by placing the mattress on unsuitable boards, warped slats, or slats with gaps greater than 4cm.
• Any defect resulting from mishandling of the mattress (e.g., ironing on the mattress, using it as a trampoline, etc.).
• Incorrect selection regarding comfort or dimensions.

Important:

1. The warranty is valid only within Greece.
2. Proof of purchase or invoice is required to validate the warranty and confirm the purchase date.
3. The purchase store is responsible for activating the warranty process.
4. If no manufacturing defect or material failure is found during repair, a charge will apply based on the current Cosmostrom O.E. Service price list.
